4.1. The platform
The BySince platform, the Cartographe application, their code, structure, interfaces, graphic identity, help texts and documentation are the property of [to be completed] or of its licensors. They are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited, save for the exceptions provided by law.

5. Credits
5.1. Image libraries
The platform allows organisations to search for and import images from third-party image libraries. Depending on the configuration, these may be: Wikimedia Commons, Pexels, Unsplash, Pixabay and Flickr. Each imported image keeps the indication of the library it came from. Its use remains subject to the licence and terms of that library and, where applicable, to the obligation to credit its author.
Default illustrative images may come from Lorem Picsum (picsum.photos).
5.2. Avatars
Default account avatars are generated by the DiceBear service (dicebear.com) or, failing that, directly by the platform.
5.3. Icons
The interface icons come mainly from Google's “Material Symbols” and “Material Icons” sets, distributed under the Apache 2.0 licence. Some administration screens use “Font Awesome Free”.
5.4. Fonts
The platform uses fonts distributed under a free licence, in particular Outfit, Open Sans, Nunito, Bebas Neue, JetBrains Mono, Overpass Mono and Roboto Mono. These fonts are served from the platform itself: displaying them does not trigger any call to a third-party service.
5.5. Skills reference frameworks
The external skills reference frameworks offered to organisations come from open public data, in particular: the French operational directory of occupations and jobs (ROME, France Travail), the directories of France compétences (RNCP and the “répertoire spécifique”), the European ESCO classification (European Commission) and the open data of Onisep. This data remains subject to its respective licences.
5.6. Open Badges
Digital badges are issued in accordance with the “Open Badges” open standard.
6. Reporting unlawful content
You may report any content you consider unlawful by writing to [to be completed] or, by post, to the registered office address given above.
To be processed, your report must include:
- your identity and contact details (or, for a legal entity, its name, registered office and representative);
- a description of the content and its precise location (address of the page);
- the reasons why you consider the content unlawful, with the relevant legal provisions or facts;
- where possible, a copy of the request sent to the author of the content, or a statement that the author could not be contacted;
- a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information provided is accurate and complete.
An abusive report, made for the sole purpose of obtaining the removal of content known to be lawful, may render its author liable.
The content of client organisations' spaces is, for the most part, accessible only to their users. A user who notices inappropriate content may also contact the administrator of their organisation.
